"Tasty food, but the timing made me a bit nervous"
The food was really good and the portions were solid overall. My only issue was that the catering arrived a little late, which had me stressing a bit since I don’t like cutting it close when guests are waiting. In the end it worked out fine, but I’d probably build in extra time next time just to be safe...

"Pretty solid if you’re a picky-ish eater"
I was actually surprised by how many options there were?? I don’t eat everything, but I still found some lighter meals and a few vegetarian choices without much trouble. The only thing I wish was better is the allergy info — it could definitely be clearer?? But overall, it worked fine for me.

I usually like la Madeleine, but the experience really depends on which location you go to. Some are clean, quick, and the food comes out great, while others feel slow and kind of unorganized. I’ve also had a couple times where the food seemed like it was handled carelessly, like items were tossed together or not packed very well. Overall it’s okay, but I wish the quality and service were more consistent.

"Fresh every time"
I’ve ordered from lamadeleine.com a few times now, it’s been really consistent. The food just tastes fresh. The salad greens weren’t sad or wilted, the fruit was actually sweet, and the bread had that warm, just-baked feel to it. I don’t have anything super fancy to say about it, it just tasted like real food made fresh. Weirdly, I remember the little butter packet being perfectly soft, which almost never happens

"Comforting food when I felt stuck"
I ordered from la Madeleine when I was feeling kind of trapped at home and just needed something easy and comforting. The food was actually good. The tomato soup was warm with a nice rich flavor, and the bread tasted fresh, which made it feel a little more cozy. The quiche was tasty too, though maybe a bit salty for my taste. It wasn’t perfect, but i’d order again on one of those days when I don’t feel like dealing with anything and just want a simple meal.

"Always Clean and Comfortable"
I’ve stopped by la Madeleine a few times now, and one thing I’ve consistently noticed is how clean the place is. The tables are wiped down, the floors aren’t covered in crumbs, and even the drink station always seems taken care of. The bathroom was clean too, which I really appreciate based on past experiences at other places. It just makes the whole meal feel more comfortable. Nothing over the top, just a nice, tidy spot to eat. 5 stars from me.

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
I’ve ordered from la Madeleine a few times now, i kind of regret not giving it a chance earlier. The prices feel fair for what you get, the portions are decent, and the food tastes fresh. It doesn’t feel like I’m overpaying, which is nice. It’s become one of those easy go-to spots when I want something simple but still actually good.

"Great variety compared to other spots"
I really like how many options they have, from soups and salads to pastries. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve tried, it’s way easier to find something different each time I order, so it doesn’t get boring.

The latte was really good and the iced tea tasted fresh. Service took a little longer than I expected, but every coffee spot seems to move slow when you just want your drink and go.

"Actually Worth the Price??"
I ordered from la Madeleine i was kind of surprised by the portions?? In a good way. My meal actually came with enough food to feel full, not like those tiny cafe plates where you’re still hungry after. The salad was packed, the soup was a solid size, and the pastry was decent too. Overall, it felt worth it to me, so yeah, 5 stars...

"Pretty smooth, just caught them at a busy moment"
I ordered lunch through lamadeleine and it was easy. The menu was simple to find, and checkout didn’t take long at all. My order was ready close to the time they quoted, but I did have to wait a few extra minutes when I got there. I think I probably just showed up at a bad time because it seemed a little busy. The food was correct and still warm, so no real complaints there. I just wish the site ran a bit faster on my phone. Overall, it was a good experience

I’ve been to la Madeleine a handful of times now, the staff has always been really friendly. Even when it’s busy, they still take a second to say hi, and I never feel like they’re rushing me through. Last time, there was a small mix-up with my order, but the person at the counter fixed it right away. No attitude, no hassle, just handled it. It was a simple, easy visit, and I really appreciate that
